However, his specific strategy for NLHE is, in my view, outdated and overly aggressive to the point of psychosis. Aggression is certainly a good thing in poker, but Brunson overdoes it in this book. After reading this book, you'll laugh at how different Brunson's current play style is to what he writes in this book. It might have worked well for him in the 1970s when he wrote this book, but I don't see it working very well today since teh game has evolved so much in those 40 years.
