You will visualize your ideal life on Day 2, and subsequently break it down into yearly goals and a plan to achieve it. A vision board is a collage representing your goals and dreams. On Day 4, you will create your very own vision board. Having your board is a very powerful reinforcer of your dreams. I've been creating vision boards since I started working on my goals and continue to do so today. What routines do you live by every day? Do they empower or drain you?

Your task on Day 9 is to evaluate your routines and create your routine to get the best energy every day. How often do you reflect on your life? Not just what happened today or one week ago, but how you are doing so far and whether you are moving in the trajectory you want?

Discovering your life purpose isn't meant to be a one-day affair — rather, this task is meant to get you started on this process. Do you have a life handbook? A life handbook is a concept I created which refers to your manual to live your best life.
